Agreement

This Vendor/Seller Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between **Nexis Store** (referred to as "Seller", "We", or "Us"), owned by Muhammad Ahsan, and any individual or entity purchasing products from the Nexis Store platform (referred to as "Buyer" or "You").

By placing an order on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms outlined in this agreement.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit goods. If a product is found to be non-genuine, we provide a full refund under our Return Policy.

• Providing accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing.
• Ensuring products are securely packaged for transit to prevent damage.
• Processing orders within the specified lead times (typically 24-48 hours).
• Maintaining open communication channels for order tracking and support.

The Buyer is responsible for:

• Providing accurate shipping and contact information.
• Inspecting the package upon delivery before signing the receipt.
• Using products in accordance with manufacturer instructions.

Nexis Store provides warranties as specified on individual product pages. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased on our platform.

Before seeking legal recourse, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations or mediation.
